Freenote Cloth offers returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with the quality and fit of our American-made garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
